On behalf of Plantronics Inc, I would like to comment upon the outstanding job Pacific World Nusantara performed for the 2010 Plantronics Asia Pacific Distributor Conference.

From the inception to the execution of the event, Pac World was more than helpful.  They went above and beyond the scope of their work.  It began with a site inspection in July 2010.  Pac World representatives, Sumadi and Komang, did a superior job of showing us many options our conference.  Several hotels, off site venues and potential excursions were all handled professionally.  They worked on behalf of Plantronics to negotiate the best costs for our group with the hotels and outside vendors.  This helped our budget immensely.  They were available 24 hours a day during the the preplanning and the organization of details such as lodging and flights for the delegates and VIPS which was critical during this stage of the event.

During the event itself, their efforts were outstanding.  Beginning with airport arrivals, Pac World representatives personally escorted our delegates through the airport immigration and customs to help ease the confusion and stress of being in an unfamiliar place.  They welcomed them with warm smiles and fresh flower garlands and escorted them to a comfortable air conditioned van for transfer to the hotel.  Pac World staff was on duty throughout the event dates manning a hospitality desk and helping out wherever they could.  They were thorough with flight departure confirmations and were able to solve all the many requests from the delegates who wished to make changes in their flights and in lodging.  In addition, Pac World, in particular, Dendy was helpful with the IT needs of the conference and was present all the meals to make sure they were satisfactory.  He was always patient and listened carefully while offering suggestions for alternative solutions to problems.

We had an incident where one of our VIP's had a medical emergency.  The Pac World staff not only helped get us to and from the medical center, but remained at the hospital the whole time!  This was truly amazing.

I truly want to thank Sumadi, Dendy and Komang for their outstanding work!

I highly recommend Pacific World Nusantara as a first class Destination Management Company to anyone planning an event in Indonesia.

Our Bali program went really, really well. Sumadi was wonderful to work with and Doty was such a great help to our guests who came to the hospitality desk.   All the PW staff were a pleasure to work with and helped make the transfers and all other aspects of the program to go very smoothly.  Our client was very pleased with the entire outcome.

It was fantastic!  Honestly Carla, PW Bali is the most caring and hard working group of people.  They made our group and our team, feel so special.  No request was too large.  We are most pleased with their services and the program was a smashing success.

We also leaned on PW Hong Kong to set us up on a whirlwind tour on a 24 hour layover.  Again, top notch.

Thank you for being the liaison for these wonderful Asian DMCs.  Now we need another booking so we can collaborate again.
